Because sometimes indeed - "knit" does happen - LOL!! Hee hee...isn't Knitting Riley so sweet? This is my card for the Friday Hanna Stamps challenge over on SCS - today's challenge is a sketch challenge from Janette - you can view the sketch here. I colored in my Riley to match this beautiful patterned paper that my dear friend Jennifer (who has a very cool blog now that I can link too - YAY!!) sent me - we have no idea who makes it - but it sure is pretty! :) I paper pieced Riley's chair with some of the plaid paper and then colored in the rest of him with Copics - the floor was handdrawn with my Copic multiliner pen and a ruler. The sentiment was done with Doodlebug Rub-ons - I love this saying with this Riley - but didn't have a stamp that said this - so I had to be creative. :) I added some eyelets to accent and then criss crossed some pretty purple fibers on the bottom of my card.
